Mr. Rogers portrait done in colored pencils
I poured my heart into this new portrait of Mr. Rogers, this one took me around 12-14 hours. The portrait is a little larger than my other colored pencil portraits (around 11″x14″). I love being able to capture more detail in these larger sizes than I can in the smaller 5″x7″ size.
I made this video without sound, will you let me know over on youtube what you think both about your preference for sound or no sound and also the portrait as a whole? I’m really working to increase my youtube audience and likes and comments from people who follow me already help so much to let others know I’m credible and follow-worthy. 🙂
I have a goal of publishing a new video each Sunday morning over on youtube so I’d love if you’d subscribe over there and follow along. (I won’t be posting them all here in the blog)
Also, if you’ve had your eye on getting a portrait done then stop on over here and take a look. I’ve had a few people place an order to make sure they didn’t miss getting their portrait done and then they’re sending me photos in August. I’ll be closing the portrait ordering on August 11th. I’m hoping to be able to open up a few portrait spots in October (I’m going to have to see how much prep I was able to get done on the Christmas ornaments in order to free up time in October.) Make sure you’re on my mailing list to get first notice of those portrait openings. You can sign up for that on this page, once you click just scroll down on that page a bit under the colored pencil portrait photos.
If the above doesn’t load properly you can view the video here.
Thanks so much for being here, wishing you a great weekend!
