Michele DeVille is a Certified Grief Specialist and Educator, Coach, End of Life Doula, Grief Movement Guide, Author and Speaker.
Michele’s mission is to cultivate a culture of compassion, create a better understanding about loss and grief and to remind people that you can find hope and joy again. It’s because of her own grief journey and witnessing so much pain in others that Michele is so passionate about
helping those who are grieving and changing the conversations about grief in a world that doesn’t always get it.
When she’s not trying to build a more peaceful and kind world, you will find Michele enjoying family and friends, relaxing at the cabin, playing with her grandkids, watching movies, going to concerts, writing or planning her next trip.
Your grief matters. Always.

Q) Are your events church related or religious events?
A) No. Each event will combine a mixture of grief therapy tools, real life stories, interjections of our own spirituality, and a bit of woo-woo-ness. We have designed this retreat for people of all faiths, religions, and those without any religious affiliations. We respect each of your journeys and beliefs and ask that you do the same of the other attendees as well.
Q) My husband passed away a few years ago, will I still find your events relevant?
A) Yes, What we have found is that grief is cyclical. It will loop back and around us in various forms and levels of intensity for decades to come. Our goal is to present information in an open and honest way so you can see what patterns may still be unfolding in your life as well as gain inspiration and knowledge to use your grief to fulfill goals and dreams you may have.
Q) Do I need anything for the event?
A) Supply lists will be listed above for each event.
Regardless if you attend the event or not - you are welcome to join us in our free Grief and the Path Forward Facebook group.
