Together we can bring uniqueness into the way we bury and honor our loved ones with a hand painted casket.

If you are planning ahead for your own funeral needs, or are planning ahead for a loved one; we are here to help you create the perfect, one-of-a-kind casket. It’s time to shake up the funeral industry and bring in some uniqueness and do things a bit different.

I want to work with you to create a casket design that will celebrate the life, human interests, energy, background of the casket recipient.

In America, death is too often a taboo subject. The reality is that we all will pass away, we have a chance to get to ease the burden of our loved ones by planning ahead what we can.

Right now we have a 2 3 week turnaround time frame when you place your order until the casket is shipped. Since each casket is individually, professionally, hand-painted we want to allow time for paints to properly dry and be sealed properly.  As we continue to build up inventory we will have more ready to ship options available.

 

Hand painted caskets

Your casket will be hand crafted right here in Wisconsin.

There are 4 types of customization you can choose from:

1. Natural Burial Package-  Your pine casket will be hand painted with design of your choice using water based paints and water based sealer on the top and outside of casket. Stationary wood handles will surround the outside. (There option does not include the metal adjustable platform inside) Inside will come with cotton bedding and pillow.
2. Designer Package – Includes a hand crafted, wood casket. Your casket will be hand painted on the exterior top and outside of casket in the design of your choice. Your choice of handles, stationary wood bar or swing handle bar. Inside the casket will be lined on bottom and sides of bottom with white fabric and include a adjustable height bed, and pillow. Inside of open side top be painted solid color to match design.
3. Remember Me always Package –  Includes a hand crafted casket, split top. Your casket will be hand painted in the design of choice on the outside and exterior top of the casket. You will also choose a design or message for inside the open cover of the casket that will be on display during memorial services or open casket viewings.  (See photo for example).
4. Outside supplied Casket – Please inquire for a quote.

 

Your casket will be 23″ wide inside by 76.25″ long.

This should be fine for the average person up to 6 ‘ 1″ tall, up to 300 pounds.

FAQS

Q) My sister has a few months left to live, I want to help her get a butterfly themed casket. Can we order it now and have it created then have you hold on to it until my sister passes?

A) Yes, absolutely. We can store your casket. We offer up to 30 days included in our package prices. We are happy to store your finished casket in our climate controlled space.

 

Q) We need the casket in less than a week, can you paint one that quick?

A) For local clients less than 100 miles from the Twin Cities, yes. We can make that work. Make sure to check first with us to verify before placing your order. Then select the rush upgrade option.

Q) Do you offer any other types of artwork you can paint on the casket?

A) Here are some ideas to get you started: The land or farm you grew up on, favorite sports or hobbies, favorite flowers or plants.  How about a career theme, a favorite verse or poem. A favorite vacation spot or where you felt most alive during your life.

 

Q) Do you have other styles of urns you can paint?

A) If you have a specific style you have in mind let me know, we can go from there and we can give you a quote to have it painted.

 

Q) Can I show you a casket I found online and have you paint it?

A) Most likely yes, We are happy to paint a casket you have already found or purchased. You can email us to get a quote for the design idea you have.
